1. About us

hmlswrld.com is operated by HMLSWRLD, 5 Kingsland Road, Shoreditch, London, E2 8AA, United Kingdom ("HMLSWRLD", "we", "us", "our"). Email: hello@hmlswrld.com.

These Terms apply to your use of our website and any purchase you make from us, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Cancellations Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Using our site

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You must provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep your account details secure. You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with the site's security or operation.

3. Products

We make every effort to show our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Sizes and measurements are approximate. Availability, especially for limited and early release items, is not guaranteed until your order is accepted.

4. Orders and contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our contract with you is formed when we email you to confirm your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are payable by you. If we discover a clear pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, as set out in our Shipping Policy. Goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you, and ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

7. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery. Details of this, and of what to do if an item is faulty, are in our Returns & Refunds Policy and Cancellations Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, logos, images and text, belongs to HMLSWRLD or our licensors. You may view and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

9. Third-party tools and links

Our site may include links to or tools from third parties. We are not responsible for their content or services.

10. Feedback and submissions

If you send us comments, ideas or content, you allow us to use them without payment. Please make sure anything you send does not infringe anyone else's rights.

11. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses (our products are for personal use only).

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer in relation to the products.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we will let you know and, where a delay is significant, you may cancel for a full refund.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.

14. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, please email us first and we will try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
