Requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after 60 days will not be considered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and resolve it.

Claims reported more than 30 days after delivery will be considered the customer’s responsibility.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition for any claim to be reviewed.

• We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
